In 1997, along with Mr. Lehman, co-founded B.R.I.N.K. Kiosk Corporation and was responsible for the concept and deployment of the company's EazyImage Digital Image Management application. Through successful acquisitions, he was able to yield substantial gains for employees and investors alike. Mr. Hart has a degree in computer and electronics engineering from ITT and has over 15 years experience in the high-tech industry as CEO, CTO, and board advisor.

David Malone, Vice President - Application Development - Mr. Malone has more than 20 years of executive management in the technology arena. Mr. Malone has delivered application solutions for companies like Lufthansa Airlines, Charles Schwab, NY Times, Disney, Chicago Tribune, just to name a few. Mr. Malone has a B.A. in Math & Physics and has hands-on experience as a consultant, director and co-founder.

Maria Iorio, Director of Operations - Mrs. Iorio has 14 years of office and accounting management experience. Mrs. Iorio has developed and managed product, customer service and vendor management teams in the technology industry for companies such as Mitchell International, Ensera, Inc. and GO Media, Inc.

Ralph L. Hernandez - Vice President - Finance - Mr. Hernandez is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also President of In Control, Ltd. a Michigan based personal service company, and from 1991 to the present has served as Comptroller of Bio-Life Systems, Inc., and a publicly traded Medical/Biotech Company. Mr. Hernandez was previously Vice President of Finance for Cattleman's Inc., a publicly traded meat processor and retailer with $130 million in annual revenues. Mr. Hernandez received a BS degree from Ball State University in 1968. He joined the audit staff of Price Waterhouse & Co. in 1971.
